Proposed budget and economic plan 2014-2017 for the municipality of Bergen

Bergen municipality publishes the city council’s proposals for budget and financial plan as open data, where you can make your own compilations of the content of the operating and investment budget. The data are not more detailed than those found in the budget documents printed or published on the municipality’s website. Changes along the way The budget is a living document. This means that the city council’s first recommendation to the budget is finally approved, changes will be made. The detailed and concrete allocation of the budget for services, such as nursing homes and schools, will not be clear until February 2014. Bergen municipality wants information about the municipality’s budget to be as easily accessible and as open as possible for residents and other interested parties. This is important for the sake of democracy and that the municipality manages large resources on behalf of the community.
