Dataset description

The data set “Matrikkelen — Building Point Expanded” contains an extract of the building information that is registered in Matrikkelen, Norway’s official register of real estate, including buildings. The product contains data that requires user authentication and access control (ref: Section 4) of the Disclosure Regulations. The data set includes, among other things: representation point, building number, type designations, building statuses and building status history, utility units, building changes not added to the main building, building areas. The distribution is set against a distribution solution based on change log service from the matricle system and has a week’s refresh rate. Formats: Municipalities are delivered to GML, county and country are delivered to PostGIS, FGDB and CSV.
