Dataset description
The register of land and buildings (real estate cadastre) is a uniform national, regularly updated set of information on land, buildings and premises, their owners and other natural or legal persons owning the land, buildings and premises. The cadastral map is part of the national geodesic and cardographic resource and is carried out at district level. It is carried out on different scales of 1:500 to 1:5000 depending on the density of content for the whole country. The content of the cadastral map shall consist of the following elements: 1) Limits: States, units of the basic three-stage territorial division of the State, cadastral units, districts, parcels, (2) marking of border points, distinguishing points whose location has been determined in the appropriate manner and with the requisite precision, including points permanently stabilised on the ground, (3) land outlines and their markings, (4) contours of soil classes and their markings, (5) building contours, (6) cadastral parcel numbers, (7) boundaries of statistical districts and their markings, (8) descriptive and information data, and in particular: (a) the names of the units of the basic three-stage territorial division of the country, (b) identification of the registry unit and area, (c) the names of streets, squares, uroce, watercourses, water reservoirs and other physiographic structures, (d) the number of public roads issued on the basis of public highway regulations, and (e) the order and registration numbers of buildings.
