Various solutions for intercom networks are used today. Their technical level or functional features are different and very often differ from the users' expectations. It is not uncommon to find a situation where an entire estate of houses, including new ones, is open due to poorly operating intercoms. This condition is caused not only by an inappropriate culture of use, but also a low level of quality of products and services. This applies to both devices manufactured in Poland and imported from Italy or Spain. Already, the quality level of CODI products is higher than the level of competitors' products. Unfortunately, this fact does not translate into the proportion of sales, as foreign developers investing in Poland engage domestic suppliers of intercom systems. Circumstances that favor CODI in the fight against the above-mentioned the pressure exerted by developers and investors is the poor quality of competitors' networks and services. Foreign products are, for example, defenseless in the event of short circuits - there is a multitude of newly commissioned buildings, where the porter can connect to individual apartments through a panel on which each apartment has a separate button. Such a system is very unreliable, and in the case of a short circuit, finding the damage site is very difficult and time-consuming. Customers expect a consistent and uniform communication (communication) and access control system. In the opinion of CODI, targeted research will allow for the development of an innovative new generation product that will respond to the market demand and satisfy the company's needs. </pre>

The solution applies to internal communication devices, specifically digital video intercom systems / new generation internal communication devices, through the use of innovative modules:
- a module extending the video intercom system with the possibility of connecting via the network (elimination of wiring) with the possibility of remote diagnostics and remote notification of events in the system.
- a module that extends the video intercom system with the possibility of issuing voice commands.
The direction of technical and technological changes to develop a unique product and introduce this product to global markets is technically, economically and organizationally justified. Increasing the possibilities of the intercom system with new measurable functions. Undoubtedly, the wireless module offers a measurable benefit in terms of increasing the level of security. The voice recognition module will facilitate service and expand the group of customers to people with disabilities, thus creating a market niche for solutions facilitating the functioning of blind and partially sighted people. The result of this solution contributes to the introduction of new standards in internal communication devices.</pre>

It should be emphasized that the solution created as a result of R&D works in the form of a video intercom system with a wireless module and a voice module is not available on the market. None of the existing video intercom systems is based on solutions that enable the extension of the video intercom system with the possibility of connecting via a wireless network with the possibility of remote diagnostics and remote notification of events in the system, and neither of the existing systems is extended with the possibility of issuing voice commands.
Both the wireless module and the voice command module are a novelty on the Polish and European market.</pre>
