Prezentowane dane dotyczą okresu marzec – wrzesień 2022 roku. Dane zostały podzielone wg kodów ICD-10 (gdy któryś z kodów nie występuje w zestawieniu oznacza to, że nie zostało udzielone żadne świadczenie dla danego rozpoznania).
