Christmas 2020 — Adherent establishment

In this context of pandemic due to COVID-19, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health for the Trade sector and rules of occupation, permanence, and physical distancing in commercial establishments, the “Christmas 2020” label was created, whose objective is to avoid agglomerations of people inside and outside establishments, extending the period for shopping exchanges, after the Christmas season. Thus, retail establishments adhering to this initiative undertake to allow purchases made between 4 November and 25 December 2020 to be exchanged by at least 31 January 2021, without prejudice to more advantageous conditions specific to those shops and establishments and/or the products concerned.
