Framework agreements in the area of health

Monitor the number of participating suppliers and the validity of the Framework Agreements concluded in the specific area of health, currently in force. The objective of the Framework Agreements is to select companies that meet the needs of the institutions of the NHS, and the Framework Agreement debureaucratises and simplifies the purchasing process by health institutions. When NHS institutions need to purchase health goods (medicinal products and medical devices) when using the Framework Agreements, they benefit from greater speed as a result of more efficient processes. Supply contracts are carried out by health institutions when developing procedures under Article 259 of the Public Procurement Code, in which they must consult all companies selected under the Framework Agreement, resulting in contractors.
