Quality of RHV Records

As part of the data quality processes identified by the SNS Monitor, this data set results from an analysis of the records made by institutions in the Human Resources and Income Information System (HRV). **Description of Indicators:** 1. **Specialisation filling**: (% of professionals with specialty/area/profession filled) Considered in the base universe of this indicator only professional groups with specialisation (Doctors, Nurses, DTT, TSS and Internals still in specialty frequency); 2. **Validity of professional document**: (% of professionals with the professional document not expired at the date) Considered in the base universe of this indicator only professionals with registration of the professional document; 3. **Validity of identification document**: (% of professionals with the identification document not expired at the date) Considered in the base universe of this indicator all employees of the institution, as the identification document is mandatory information; 4. **Professional email filling**: (% of professionals with registered professional email) Considered in the universe of this indicator all employees of the institution. Only “Professional email” is the contact marked as email and whose termination is “min-saude.pt”; 5. **Contract valid**: (% of professionals with contracts valid to date) Considered in the universe of this indicator all active professionals with legal relationship requiring contract registration. 6. **Filling of professional document**: (% of professionals with completed professional document number) Considered in the base universe of this indicator only professional groups that must have professional documents (Doctors, Nurses, DTT and TSS);
