Provide a set of indicators on the application of Vital Testaments. Set of totals of Vital Testaments by Sex, Ages, Nationalities and the total number of consultations by users and health professionals. The Life Testament is a document, recorded electronically, where it is possible to manifest the type of treatment, or health care, that you intend or not to receive, when you are unable to express your will.The vital Testament also allows the appointment of one or more health care prosecutors. * Wills Vital users sex Male aged < 65 years — Vital Testaments created in month X by male sex users under 65 years old * Wills Vital users sex Male aged >= 65 years — Vital Testaments created in month X by male sex users over 65 (or 65 years old) * Wills Vital users sex Female aged < 65 years — Vital Testaments created in month X by female sex users under 65 years old * Vital wills users sex Female aged >= 65 years — Vital Testaments created in month X by female sex users over 65 (or 65 years old) * Total Vital User Testaments — Vital Testaments created in Month X * Vital wills of users with Portuguese nationality — Vital Testaments created in month X by users with Portuguese nationality * Consultations of Vital Testaments by Users via User Portal — Consultations made during month X by users from the User Portal * Consultations of the Vital Testaments by Health Professionals via the Health Portal — Consultations made during month X by health professionals from the Health Portal * Vital wills of users identified as Death — Deaths occurred during month X of users with vital Testament **Notes:** The age of users corresponds to the current age, not the age with which they created the Vital Testaments. The data from this indicator are sent monthly and do not take into account the Vital Testaments that are inactive after the month of creation.
