SRUP — Rural Fire Hazards Charter

Servitude and Restriction of Public Utility (SRUP) — Charter of Rural Fire Dangerity, in force in mainland Portugal. Rural fire hazard mapping is one of the components of rural fire risk mapping according to Article 41(1) of Decree-Law No 82/2021 of 13 October 2021. The letter of danger comprises five classes in accordance with Article 41(4) of that Decree-Law, namely ‘very low’, ‘low’, ‘average’, ‘high’ and ‘very high’. The methodology for the construction of the Rural Fire Hazard Charter can be found on the website of the Institute for Conservation of Nature and Forests, I.P. (ICNF). The vector theme originated in the raster with 25 meters of resolution.
