Monitoring of surveillance of newborns. **Formula:** 1. Newborns with at least one surveillance medical consultation in the first 28 days of life = numerator 2. Ratio RN w/con. méd. vigil. up to 28 days life = (numerator/denominator) *100 3. Newborns who had at least one nursing home during the first 15 days of life = numerator 4. Proportion RN w/domicile enf. up to 15th day of life = (numerator/denominator) *100 **Remarks:** * In the calculation of the metrics of this indicator, production data from the Vitacare system were not considered. Due to technical issues, for the November 2016 records, the data do not include records from the LVT Health Region. * Data for this indicator are temporary for the most recent published month. As a rule, on the last day of month N+ 1 (N=“last published month”), there will be an update of them and their increase is likely to be increased at national level.
