Providers of social services accredited on the basis of Law no.197/2012

The register shall contain information on the name and address of the supplier, as well as the series and date of issue of the accreditation certificate as a provider of social services. According to Law no. 197 of 1 November 2012 on quality assurance in the field of social services, providers can only provide social services if they hold an accreditation certificate. The accreditation of the provider shall be carried out at his request and only if, on the date of submission of the application, he has established social services or undertakes that, within a maximum of 3 years from the date of obtaining the accreditation certificate, he will establish and provide social services. Providers and social services, accredited under the law, are registered in the system of registering social services, called the Single Electronic Register of Social Services.
