Појединац поседује мобилни мобилни телефон ако има мобилни телефон са најмање једном активном СИМ картицом за личну употребу. Укључени су и службени мобилни телефони добијени од послодавца а који се могу користити за личне потребе (за личне позиве, приступ Интернету итд.). Изузета су лица која имају само активне СИМ картице, а не и уређај за мобилни телефон. Укључени су и појединци који имају мобилни телефон за личну употребу, а који није регистрован под његовим именом.
