Dataset description
The web map service displays the topographic maps of the SR in scales 1:25000 and 1:50000. Maps clearly show off-road shapes and objects with agreed topographic marks and are supplemented by nomenclature. They were made in the S-42 coordinate system, the height data refer to the Baltic elevation system after levelling. The maps were produced until 1998. The author of the maps is the topographical institute of the Army of the Slovak Republic.
