List of open source software used within ÚPVII/ITMS2014+ and workstations of employees

The dataset contains an overview of the open source software used within the ITMS2014+ information system and the workstations of ÚPVII employees. ITMS2014+ is a comprehensive information system of public administration. ITMS2014+ is intended for the management of EU funds in the Slovak Republic within the programming period 2014-2020. Through ITMS2014+, about 90 % of the 15 billion euros are managed in the Slovak Republic. EUR EUR package of EU funds. ITMS2014+ covers all processes from communication with the Slovak Republic to recording individual expenditure realised in the framework of projects supported by EU funds. ITMS2014+ in parameters of 07/2017 can be imagined as follows: — number of unique screens 1,731, — number of DB tables 1 150; — number of lines of source code 2 651 071, — number of users of the public part of ITMS2014+ with 8 319 activated account; — number of users of the non-public part of ITMS2014+ with 1 945 activated account; — number of views of public section pages ITMS2014+ 8 008 502, — number of views of non-public pages ITMS2014+ 4 908 915. To date, within the operation of ITMS2014+, the owner of ITMS2014+ has not encountered performance or security problems directly caused by ITMS2014+. The proposed architecture and selected technologies allow the owner to respond flexibly and transparently to emerging requirements and to implement effective changes of components/technologies during the ITMS2014+ lifecycle.
