Dataset description
State Veterinary and Food Administration of the Slovak Republic — Lists of establishments handling, preparing or producing products of animal origin for which requirements are laid down in Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 and must be approved by the competent authority in accordance with Article 31(2) of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 as amended and Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 as amended and lists of establishments handling, preparing or producing products of animal origin only for the Slovak national market.
The dataset contains lists of the following items: Establishments of general activity (freezer warehouses, changing establishments, wholesale markets), Meat of domestic ungulates (slaughterhouses, cutting plants), Meat of poultry and lagomorphs (slaughterhouses, cutting plants), Farmed game meat (slaughterhouses, cutting plants), Wild game meat (game-handling establishments, cutting plants), minced meat, meat preparations and mechanically separated meat (establishments), Meat products (establishments), Live bivalve molluscs (dispatch and purification centres), Fishing Products (vessels, establishments, markets, auction halls), Raw milk and dairy products (harvesting centres, establishments), Eggs and egg products (shooters, establishments), frogs’ legs and snails (establishments), rendered animal fats and greaves (harvesting centres, establishments), treated stomachs, bladders and intestines (establishments), Gelatin (establishments, Specially authorised collection centres and tanners), Kolagén (establishments, Specially authorised collection centres and tanners), Med (establishments), SK approved food establishments (only the national market of the Slovak Republic) pursuant to Government Regulation No 283/2009, Operations for the sale of small quantities of eggs to the final consumer pursuant to Government Regulation No 360/2011, Collection centres for caught wild game
