Sections and agendas of public administration

The report provides agendas of public administration, affiliation to the public administration section, legislation, which is the public administration agenda and the department that implements the agenda, according to the data recorded in the Central meta-information system of public administration. The list of public administration agendas is established by Decree No 478/2010 of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic on the basic dial of sections of public administration and public administration agendas. Changes to sections of public administration or public administration agendas in the basic codebook shall be submitted to the Ministry of Finance by obliged persons without delay after the entry into force of the generally binding legal act which amends the section of public administration or the agenda of public administration, using a duly completed form published on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (Section 3(6)(c) of Act No 275/2006 on ISVS).
