The numerator contains a list of sister diagnoses within the scope of VYHLÁŠKA Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No 306 of 30 June 2005 establishing a list of sister diagnoses Pursuant to Section 2(18) of Act No 576/2004 on health care, health care services and amending certain acts, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic provides: § 1 The list of sister diagnoses is set out in the Annex. Paragraph 2 This decree shall enter into force on 15 July 2005.
