Spatial Information Repository System

The system of registers of environmental infrastructure of spatial information (SR ENIPI) of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic (MŽP SR) is a set of measures, data and software designed to manage the elements. These can be reused both for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from INSPIRE legislation as well as the requirements of other areas and technological environments. ENIPI includes a range of items that require a clear description and the possibility to refer to them using unique benchmarkable identifiers. Examples of such items are classes of elements and their attributes, dials (value lists) and data types, or sources of element classes and attributes. The registers thus provide the way and means for assigning item identifiers and their labels, definitions and descriptions.
