COVID-19 monitoring in hospitals — EPISARI: Epidemiological surveillance data for serious acute respiratory infections confirmed by COVID-19. In the National Network for Epidemiological Monitoring of Serious Acute Respiratory Infections (in: Severe acute respiratory infection (SARI), the network EPISARI, coordinated by the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ), participates 29 Slovenian hospitals: University Clinical Centre Ljubljana, University Medical Centre Maribor, General Hospital Celje, General Hospital Murska Sobota, General Hospital Novo mesto, General Hospital Dr Franca Derganc Nova Gorica, General Hospital Slovenj Gradec, General Hospital Jesenice, General Hospital Dr Jože Potrč Ptuj, General Hospital Izola, general Hospital Brežice, General Hospital Trbovlje, Topolšica Hospital, Golnik University Clinic for Pulmonary Diseases and Allergy, Sežana Hospital, Institute of Oncology Ljubljana, Valdoltra Orthopaedic Hospital, Centre for the Treatment of Children’s Diseases — Šentvid at Stična, University Rehabilitation Institute of the Republic of Slovenia — Soča, hospital for gynecology and obstetrics Kranj, Hospital for Women’s Diseases and Obstetrics Postojna, University Psychiatric Clinic Ljubljana, Psychiatric Hospital Begunje, Psychiatric Hospital Idrija, Psychiatric Hospital Ormož, Psychiatric Hospital Vojnik, Diagnostic Centre Bled, Surgical Sanatorium Rožna dolina and MC Medicor.
