Dataset description
The Municipality of Ivančna Gorica started collecting data on cultural facilities on the basis of the Decision establishing public infrastructure in the field of culture. Real estate registers that make up public cultural infrastructure on the basis of the decisions referred to in Article 70 of the Act on the Exercise of Public Interest in Culture (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 77/07 — official consolidated text, 56/08, 4/10, 20/11, 111/13 and 68/16). The decision on which real estate and equipment is intended for culture shall be taken by the Government on a proposal from the ministry responsible for culture or by the competent body of the local community.
