Dataset description
It is a land cover base for 2012. The CLC 2012 database represents the land cover for 2012. CLC 2012 is a combination of a revised database for 2006 and a change base between 2006 and 2012. In Slovenia, there are 34 classes out of 44 as CORINE knows. The most common type of cover is forests, which account for more than 50 % of the surface. The data is in a vector spatial database. The map represents the real state detected by the satellite.The data set contains:- 54 110.20 ha (Water areas)- 3 423.15 ha (Water-wetted areas)- 1 327 029.65 ha (Forest and partly preserved natural areas)- 733 153.83 ha (Agricultural Povšin)- 62 466.57 ha (Artificial areas)
