Records of producers, acquirers and importers of tomb candles

The register shall collect data from persons who, for the purpose of placing them on the market as an activity, manufacture, wrap or package tomb candles in accordance with the regulations under their own trade mark or simply package them in packaging bearing the trade mark of that person. If they are packaged or packaged tomb candles bearing the trademark of another person, the manufacturer shall be deemed to be the proprietor of the trade mark. If the acquirers or importers introduce into the territory of the Republic of Slovenia goods bearing the trademark of a legal person registered in the Republic of Slovenia for the placing on the market of goods, the manufacturer shall be deemed to be the proprietor of the trade mark.
