Dataset description

Record of cases handled by IP in which a decision on an offence is issued. The purpose is to effectively manage procedures, statistical reporting and record of cases. The register shall contain the following information: Personal name, EMŠO (if the offender is a foreigner instead of EMŠO’s birth data), address of permanent or temporary residence, nationality, employment data for the responsible person, offence committed by the offender (legal definition), number and date of issued payment order, sanction imposed, case number.
