The register for minor offences cases in which a decision on minor offences is issued shall include the data referred to in Article 6 of the Rules on the form and content of registers and auxiliary books at minor offence bodies, and in particular the following information: information on the minor offence authority that issued the decision on the offence; personal data of the offender; the data of the legal person; the place where the offence was committed; the time of the offence; the legal definition of the offence; whether the proceedings are ex officio; the date of submission of the proposal for an offence; details of the applicant; the date of the notification that the minor offence authority will not issue a decision on the offence; the reason for not issuing a decision on the offence; the main sanction imposed; the secondary sanction imposed; the amount of the fine imposed; the amount of the costs of the proceedings; whether an asset recovery decision has been taken and the amount thereof; information on the time limit for voluntary payment of the fine imposed; date of service of the notice of offence (Article 48c of the Act); date of submission of the reply to the notice of offence (Article 48č of the Act); the date of notification of the decision on the offence; the date on which the fine and the costs of the proceedings are due; the date of voluntary execution of the decision on the offence; the date on which the application for judicial protection was lodged; the date on which the decision on the offence became final; the date of enforceability of the decision on the offence; it’s all right.
