Due to the records of cases dealt with by the Labour Inspectorate as a minor offence body, the Inspectorate keeps certain registers and auxiliary books for the effective management and transparency of procedures and for statistical reporting. The register for minor offences in which a decision on a minor offence is issued contains, inter alia, information on the perpetrators of offences — the name of the legal person who committed the offence, the address of the registered office and the registration number, and, for natural persons, the personal name of the offender and the address of permanent or temporary residence — the legal classification of the offence (law and article), the number and date of the decision on the offence, the sanction imposed, and the date of the finality and enforceability of the decision. Decisions shall be kept for a period of three years from the date of res judicata or from the date on which the warning is issued, or for as long as the secondary sanctions are in force.
