Dataset description

It is a set of data contained in an application for international protection, which is given on the form prescribed by an implementing act of the International Protection Act, the applicant for international protection is obliged to give them to the official who conducts the procedure for receiving an application for international protection. In addition to the data obtained from the application for international protection, the record shall contain a photograph of the applicant and his fingerprints, as well as the data determined by the competent authority: EMŠO, number and date of issue of the applicant’s card, address of temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia and photograph of the applicant in digital form, personal name, date and place of birth, legal representative or personal name, date and place of birth of the legal guardian, if they are placed by the local social work centre. In addition to the information provided, the record of the applicants shall also contain related documentary and other material containing the data collected from the for the purpose of carrying out the tasks provided for in this Act during the period from the submission of an application for an international protection to a final decision containing: data on health and social conditions, data on the Commission’s applications and solutions regarding accommodation outside the asylum home or additional medical care, data on issued permits for overnight stays outside the asylum home, data on the carrying out of maintenance work by applicants in the asylum home, data on access of applicants to refugee counsellors, data on integration into the school and education system, data on the appointment of legal representatives and guardians for unaccompanied minors, data on obtaining a work permit and employment, data on paid financial assistance in the case of accommodation at a private address and pocket money in case of accommodation in an asylum home, data on the removal of pocket money and data on material care of the applicant with clothing, taking and means of personal hygiene. After a final decision has been taken, information on the type and date shall be entered in the register of applicants. decisions, all other data except the basic parent data (from points 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the first paragraph 115). Articles of the International Protection Act are blocked. Access to blocked data is only allowed to the competent state authorities in the specified circumstances.
