Register of business entities referred to in Article 35 ZIntPK

The record of business entities referred to in Article 35 of the ZIntPK refers to business entities that are subject to restrictions on operations with officials referred to in Article 4 of the ZIntPK. Types of personal data in the personal data collection: personal name, EMŠO, address of permanent residence, organisation where the official performs the function and type of function, date of commencement and termination of the restriction, name, registered office and tax number of the business entity, method of participation of the official in the business entity, information or restriction of business in relation to the family member.
