Dataset description

The register of creditors for the provision of consumer credit services is kept by the Republic of Slovenia, Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, Kotnikova 5, 1000 Ljubljana on the basis of Article 34 of the Consumer Credit Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 77/16, hereinafter: ZPotK-2). In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 34 of the ZPotK-2, the creditor is entered in the register when the decision to grant or renew the authorisation is final.
