Register of executors and deputy executors

For the purposes of conducting and deciding in proceedings under the Enforcement and Security Act, ensuring the enforcement or securing of the creditor’s claim and the purposes of protecting and assisting clients, the MP manages the register of executors and deputy executors. The ZIZ provides for limited public access to data, as only data relating to the personal name, seat, telephone number and e-mail address of the executor (or deputy) can be made public. At the Ministry, we maintain a closed electronic database, which is accessible only to female employees working in the field of bailiffs. The following data are collected for the bailiff, personal name, EMŠO, tax number, address of permanent or temporary residence, telephone number, e-mail address, place of enforcement, date of appointment, date of taking of office of the executor, date of oath and date of dismissal, disciplinary measures, information on the number of trust account, information on securing the executor’s liability, information on secure electronic mailbox, number of bailiffs, their personal name, the following data, personal name, EMŠO, tax number, permanent or temporary residence address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of appointment, date of taking of office of deputy, date of taking up duty, date of dismissal, disciplinary measures of the bailiff is public in the part relating to the personal name, seat, telephone number, e-mail address, date and number of the appointment decision, the date and number of the bailiff’s office, the date and number of the decision on dismissal, the number of the trustee’s account and the details of the bailiff’s liability insurance. The legal basis for processing is Article 295 ZIZ.
