Register of final decisions on misdemeanours of the Information Commissioner

Record of IP decisions on offences that have become final. It is conducted in order to ensure the enforcement of the legal consequences of decisions on offences and to determine the sanctions previously imposed for offences. The register shall contain the following information: personal name, EMŠO (if the offender is a foreigner, instead of EMŠO his birth data), address of permanent or temporary residence, employment data for the responsible person, legal classification of the offence, number and date of the decision on the offence issued, the sanction imposed and the date of the final decision.
