(record of Foundations)
(1) On the basis of the approval of the founding act, the ministry responsible for the work shall, ex officio, enter the Foundation in the register of foundations for the improvement of employment opportunities (hereinafter: records of the Foundations).
(2) Data from the records of foundations, with the exception of information on the unique civil registration number of the citizen (hereinafter: They are public. Article 111

The following information shall be entered in the register of foundations:
— the name and registered office of the founder(s);
— name and seat of the Foundation;
— address of the seat;
— the founding property;
— the date and number of the instrument of incorporation;
— personal name, EMŠO and address of permanent residence of authorised persons for representation;
termination of the Foundation.
