Register of Independent Experts for Regular Inspections of Air Conditioning Systems

Inspections of air conditioning systems are carried out by independent experts who obtain a licence in accordance with Article 341 of the Energy Act. The register of licences of independent experts for inspection of air conditioning systems is managed by the Ministry responsible for energy. As part of the activities to ensure energy efficiency, regular inspections of air conditioning systems are also foreseen. Regular inspections of air-conditioning systems in combination with the system of automation, control and measurement of energy consumption provide users with many advantages. The purpose of the periodic review of air-conditioning systems is to make proposals to increase the energy efficiency of the system or to replace it. The inspection of the air-conditioning system must include: inventory and inspection of documentation, visual and functional inspection of the air-conditioning system and air-conditioned rooms, preparation of proposals for improvements and preparation of an inspection report.
