Register of permits to perform professional tasks in the field of safety at work

In accordance with Article 28(6) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 43/11), an employer may entrust the performance of all or individual tasks of organising and ensuring safety at work to external services that have a work permit under this Act, where they are unable to provide such tasks with their professional workers. The conditions for performing professional tasks in the field of occupational safety are laid down in the Rules on permits for the performance of professional tasks in the field of occupational safety (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 2/17). All organisations authorised to perform professional tasks in the field of occupational safety are collected in the register. The register on permits for the performance of professional tasks of safety at work contains data on organisations — legal persons and sole proprietors of individuals performing one or more types of professional tasks. The data from the register is public. A legal person or sole trader may start performing professional tasks on the day of registration.
