The register of radiation activities in the field of industry and research is kept by the Nuclear Safety Administration of the Republic of Slovenia as a public register. The contents of the register are set out in the Ionising Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act (ZVISJV-1), and the detailed content and method of management are laid down in the Rules on the Use of Radiation Sources and Radiation Activities (JV2/SV2). The data to be kept shall be as follows:
— Name, place of establishment and address of the radiation operator,
— The date of notification of the intention to carry out the radiation activity,
— Description of radiation activity,
— The conditions for carrying out radiation activity,
— The name and surname of the person responsible for radiation protection,
— Date and number of the revision of the radiation protection assessment,
— The date of commencement and the date of cessation of the radiation activity and the reason for the cessation of the radiation activity;
— The date and code of issue of the authorisation to carry out radiation activities and its validity.
The register of radiation activities in the health and veterinary sector is kept as a public register by the authority responsible for radiation protection.
