The register of radiation activities shall consist of a record of the operators of radiation activities and the associated document collection. The register of radiation activities shall contain the information contained in the documents, and in particular:
— name and place of business or name and address of the radiation operator
— description of radiation activity,
— conditions for carrying out radiation activity
— data on the geolocation of the radiation source
— information on the notification of intent
— information on the assessment of radiation protection
— information on the granting of authorisation to carry out radiation activities.
