Register of taxpayers referred to in the first paragraph of Article 41 of the ZIntPK

The register of liable persons referred to in the first paragraph of Article 41 of the ZIntPK refers to liable persons — professional officials, non-professional mayors and sub-mayors, officials in office, managers and persons responsible for public procurement in accordance with Article 4 of the ZIntPK, who are obliged to declare their financial situation in accordance with Article 41 of the ZIntPK. Types of personal data in the personal data collection: personal name, EMŠO, taxable person’s tax number, information on the function or work, work that he performed immediately prior to taking up his duties, other functions or activities he performs, information on ownership or shares, shares and management rights in a company, private institution or other private activity with a description of the activities and designation of the company, or the name of the organisation, information on shares, shares, rights held by previously mentioned entities in another company, institute or private activity with the name of the company or organisation (indirect ownership), data on annual income, which is the basis for personal income tax, data on real estate with all land register data, data on cash at banks, savings banks and savings and credit services, the total value of cash on an individual account, data on the total value of cash if its total value exceeds EUR 10 000, information on the types and value of securities, if their total value exceeds EUR 10 000 at the time of the declaration of the assets, data on debts, liabilities or guarantees and loans granted in excess of EUR 10 000, data on movable property with a value of more than EUR 10 000.
