Dataset description
In accordance with Article 435(7) of the Energy Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 17/14 and 81/15), the Energy Agency shall establish and maintain a register of market participants entering into transactions that are to be reported to ACER in accordance with Article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011.
The register of market participants contains a list of legal entities trading on the wholesale electricity and natural gas markets. The register of market participants shall be made available to the public without personal data in the framework of the European Central Register of CEREMP managed by ACER.
