Dataset description

In the preparation of the study, the main starting points were focused on the alternative conception of the ideologically burdened construct. administrative barriers and research into the perception of companies as key stakeholders who can contribute to design through their understanding, behaviour and awareness measures to improve the regulatory and business environment. The purpose of the survey “Elimination of Administrative Barriers” was to obtain a categorisation of administrative barriers and to establish awareness of the measures taken to remove administrative barriers. The aim of the research was to conceptualise the phrase administrative barrier, which is further it also served as an aid to the terminological clariification of the public policy area. The study also focused on clarifying the type of burden (temporary, financially and other forms) caused by administrative barriers to businesses. Research follows trends in business perceptions and perceptions of regulation and its consequences. In the international environment, such research complements raw data on (non-)use of regulatory mechanisms and contributes to the identification of real the state of play of a particular public policy. Part of the content of the questionnaire and the data file is bound by a trade secret and is to be consulted by the author of the research.
