The attached tables show that there are 42 district courts (Ajdovščina, Brežice, Celje, Cerknica, Črnomelj, Domžale, Gornja Radgona, Grosuplje, Idrija, Ilirska Bistrica, Jesenice, Kamnik, Koper, Kočevje, Kranj, Krško Lenart, Lendava, Litija, Ljutomer, Maribor, Murska Sobota, Nova Gorica, Novo mesto, Ormož, Piran, Postojna, Ptuj, Sežana, Sevnica, Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenj Gradec, Slovenj Gradec, Slovenske Konjice, Šentjur, Škofja Loka, Šmarje pri Jelšah, Tolmin, Trbovlje, Trebnje, Velenje Vrhnika and Žalec have already finally completed their claims under Article 5 of the ZDen. Only the District Court in Ljubljana (2) and the Radovljica District Court (1) have pending cases. The proportion of cases finally closed in courts is 99.6 % in relation to all denationalisation cases filed (minus the assigned application). According to the information provided to us by both courts, they were on 31 December. 12. In total, there are 3 pending cases. The number of pending cases has decreased by 1 since the previous follow-up.
