Dataset description

Liable persons under the ZDIJZ acting as contracting authorities, concession holders or public partners, after awarding a public contract, awarding a concession or selecting a public-private partnership provider on the basis of a procedure governed by the laws governing public procurement, concessions or public-private partnership, publish publicly available public information from the public procurement contract, concession contract or public-private partnership contract on the public procurement portal. In addition to the published contract/addition to the contract, the person liable shall publish the following information: publication number on the procurement portal, date of publication of the contract/asylum, date of last publication, details of the contracting authority, grantor or public partner (name, address), subject matter, CPV code, contract title, contract value, date of conclusion of the contract, duration of the contract, framework agreement (yes/no), name and address of the economic operator with whom the contract is concluded. Online consultation of data (contracts) is available. Metadata on awarded contracts are published as open data.
