Dataset description

The research is part of a three-year research project “Slovenci and Military Profession”. It deals with the attitude of young people in SR Slovenia towards military professions and their willingness to engage in these professions. The survey is limited to the part of the population from which potential candidates for military schools are derived. The purpose of the research is to explain those subjective and objective factors related to the involvement of young people in military professions that encourage or inhibit them in their decision-making. Above all, we wanted to highlight the connection between the attitude towards military professions and the willingness to study with some of the sociological as psychological dimensions of the choice of profession.
