Dataset description
In the tax register, personal data on persons entered in the tax register are collected, stored and further processed for the purpose of collecting taxes and for the purpose of carrying out other tasks specified in the Financial Administration Act (hereinafter: ZFU). Personal data in the database relate to liable persons for all types of obligations — natural persons; founders of legal entities, partners or members; persons authorised to represent the legal person and other persons engaged in an activity. The detailed content of the information in the tax register is laid down in Article 49 of the ZFU.
