Cumulative pressure analysis has been performed for a 5 x 5 minute mesh. No distinction has been made between input vectors and vectors that facilitate dispersion. Therefore, all pressures from which spatial information is available and which may lead to entry and dispersion of non-native species have been considered together, namely:
— Aquaculture facilities
— Ports of general interest (areas I and II)
— Other ports
— Monoboyas
— Anchorages
— Oil rigs
— Authorised places of discharge of dredged material from port areas
Given the difficulty in establishing zones of influence of the allochthonous species (since the dispersion capacity of the species depends on each species), for the generation of the index only cells containing or intersecting any of the layers used have been selected. Each pressure has been assigned a value of 1, scoring double the ports of general interest and quadruples those with bulk goods shipped more than 6 million tonnes. It’s finally added. Cells are classified according to the following criteria.
Very High: 5 to 7/High: 4/Medium: 3/Under: 2/Very Low: 0 to 1
