Dataset description

The Image Base Map provides recent high resolution aerial images in the Valencian Community, and for the rest of the world it offers satellite images from several sources with variable resolution and validity. It is one of the layers available by default within the iframe of the Cartography Viewer of the Generalitat Valenciana (IDEV). NOT searchable as a map service (wms and wmts). This basemap has been developed for use as a multipurpose background map valid for all scales.
