Dataset description

Service with the NDVI (Normalised Difference Vegetation Index) layers of the Cantabrian orthophoto series for which there is a near-infrared channel. Calculated from visible IR and red channels. The layers that appear in this service have the limitation that they have been built from the final orthophoto mosaics, and that therefore have the drawback that the original digital levels of each pixel have been altered during the radiometric balancing process. Values have been multiplied x 10000 to facilitate storage. Divide by that amount to get the NDVI value between -1 and 1 with its decimals.
