Dataset description

Graphic delineation of the surface flooded by the waters due to the occurrence of avenues with return periods of 10, 100 and 500 years, values that have been agreed as a reference for high, medium and low probability events, respectively (in application of the article 8.1 del Real Decreto 903/2010). This information, accompanied by the estimation of the variables that characterize the potential adverse effect of the floods, allows to establish the degree of exposure to the phenomenon of the different parts of the territory. This dataset is formed by the areas of avenue and the draft of floods. The 11 ARPSI sections are: Torrents de Na Bàrbara (Palma), Gros (Palma), Coanegre (Palma/Marratxí), Campos, Es Riuet (Manacor/Sant Llorenç des Cardassar), ses Planes (Sant Llorenç des Cardassar), Vall den Marc/Sant Jordi (Pollença), Major de Sóller, Peguera (Calvià), Santa Ponça (Calvià) i Llavanera (Eivissa/Santa Eulària del Riu).
