The activity of inland fishing may be carried out in free waters not declared fishing refuges or ecological reserves in accordance with the prohibitions and delimitations provided for in Law 8/2003. Reference is taken to the Order of 22 October 1970, of the Ministry of Agriculture, considering by exclusion, free of low mountain waters the rest of bodies of water inhabited by trout, except high mountain areas and fishing shelters defined in the Order of 6 May 2014.
