G04 MARINE ENVIRONMENT. DEA100

This spatial data set consists of ten layers of geographical information allusive to the marine environment (geomorphology, lithology, seabed sediments...) adjacent to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia: — Geomorphology marine environment (mm01_geo_marine) — Marine medium lithology (mm02_lito_marine) — Seabed sediments (mm03_background_marine) — Bodies of water (mm04_water_marine) — Marine currents (mm05_current) — Marine flora (mm06_flora_marine) — Fishing grounds (mm07_caladero) — Artificial reefs (mm08_arrecife) — Aquaculture (mm09_aquaculture) — Beaches (mm10_beaches) In 2013 the new version of the Spatial Reference Data of Andalusia (DERA) was published that comes to complete and replace the Spatial Data of Andalusia (DEA100) published in 2009, passing this group to be called G05 Marine Environment. The information, coming mostly from the different departments of the Junta de Andalucía, and from numerous public institutions and municipalities, has been standardised and homogenised to facilitate its comparability, its access and its immediate integration into any GIS.
