Dataset description

The Hydrological Plan of the Guadalete-Barbate river basin district was initially approved by the Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía on 2 November 2011 and subsequently by the Council of Ministers held on 14 September 2012 (BOE 15 September 2012). We are facing a 6-year cyclical planning process, so it should be noted that most of the attached coverages are a “fixed photo” corresponding to the planning cycle 2009-2015, and that these can be subject to changes, corrections, improvements, etc. during the new planning cycle (2016-2021). By means of the attached vector information, it is intended to show the most significant aspects of the Hydrological Plan of the Guadalete-Barbate river basin district. It includes the final documents of the Hydrological Plan (Memory, Annex, Regulations, Environmental Sustainability Report and Environmental Report) and complementary documents (Works necessary to improve knowledge and protection against pollution and deterioration of the state of groundwater bodies in Andalusian river basin districts of intra-Community character). This Plan was drawn up in 2012 by the Directorate-General for Planning and Management of the Hydraulic Public Domain of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Environment.
